Just released is the Daniels Creek Winery 2003 Chardonnay! This happy young man was the first to sip the vintage. Wine tasting notes will be published soon.

Here is a photo of our underling racking the 2003 vintage Cabernet into clean carboys. This process is taking the wine off the oak and the underling will take sample reading which of course, we will re-check before making final adjustments.
